Transparent Elections- Trust You Can See

Clint Curtis believes trust is earned — not given. Right now, many people do not trust our elections. That’s a serious problem. Clint’s answer is simple: Let people see every part of the process.

As County Clerk, Clint will work to make sure elections are run out in the open. He believes that when voters can see how elections work, they will trust the results. No one should ever be told to “just trust us.” They should be able to watch and understand how it all works.

Why It Matters

Elections are the foundation of our republic. Clint will eliminate the areas where cheating can occur. Right now, the citizens of Shasta County have been deliberately blocked from seeing how ballots are handled, counted, or stored. That leads to doubt and frustration. Clint will fix that. If people stop trusting elections, everything is at risk. That’s why Clint is focused on complete transparency — making elections clear, open, and easy to follow.

Clint’s Plan for Transparent Elections

Every Step Should Be Observable

From the moment a ballot is printed to the moment it is counted, the public should be able to watch the process.

No More “Just Trust Us”

Trust must be earned. Clint will never ask voters to take his word for it. He wants them to see the truth for themselves.

Real Oversight

Clint supports real observation — not just a few people in the room. He wants meaningful checks and clear records, so voters know the process is fair.

Clear, Open, and Honest

Clint will work to make sure:

• Ballots are tracked and secured

• Vote counting is clear and open

• Observation is easy and taken seriously

• The public has access to election information

• Clean voter rolls

He believes that when the public can see the process, they will believe in the results — even if they don’t like the outcome. The areas where elections can be compromised, will be eliminated by opening access to the public to fully view all process.
